Nestea
Redesigning a bottle without being able to change a thing. That was the starting point.
Seven fixed industrial constraints.
Same height, same weight, same cost.
Same production line speed.
And a graphic design that had to remain unchanged to maintain brand recognition.
Everything was set in stone. Everything except the design.
In a context where any change could cause friction, the only option was not to add… but to reveal.
We went back to the beginning. To the essentials. To the tea leaf.
From there, the bottle is transformed from within: the glass is subtly moulded at the neck, creating an organic, fluid shape that seems to emerge from the material itself. It is not an added element, but a natural evolution of the bottle.
A gesture almost imperceptible in production, yet impossible to ignore when holding it in your hand.
The graphic design remains. So does the structure. But the perception changes completely.
The result is a bottle that is instantly recognisable, even without the label. More expressive. More sensory. More Nestea.
And it achieves this without compromising on anything:
The same constraints. The same performance. Zero impact on the production line.
Because when everything is defined, design does not disappear. It becomes more precise.
That is the true power of design.
